We liked the room, clean and nice, there was also a mini coffee machine. The food was delicious. The hotel was at a very good location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. And the bus to Heraklion stops just outside the hotel. The staff is very nice, makes you feel special.

The private pool (although to be shared with the adjacent room) was the best feature. Food was nice and abundant. The staff was nice.

It's amazing staff, especially Sula at reception. She is what Alexander House Hotel is all about- warm, kind, friendly, hospitable, generous and full of Love. We will always remember you and keep you in our prayers. Never goodbye, see you later. De Baz, Vossos and Kolo families 😘🙏

The customer service was absolutely amazing! When I arrived, it turns out I got an upgrade to a suite with my own private pool - which was quite nice. And I cannot say enough about how kind, hospitable, and charming the staff was! Everyone I met made me feel like a million bucks and I could not recommend this place more.

AMAZING WONDERFUL STAFF 😍 everyone is super nice make u feel at home since the start! great location super close to the beach 3 minute walk, the facilities are great there is everything that you might need inside the village, the food is really nice the drinks too, also there mini market very close to the location was really useful if you need to buy something

Loved the location, so close to the sea. The hotel was delightfully friendly, staff very efficient. The meals were very varied and delicious.

We are very pleased to stay here. The staff is very friendly and professional. The food is delicious and varied. the all inclusive concept is great, really very good value for money. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. One of the best hotels we have stayed in, and we often travel through booking. it deserve the best mark and review.
